(Virginia Beach, Va., August 1.2008)
This summer season Gridlock 64 was rocking the oceanfront again. As the Beach streets comes alive every night, Gridlock 64 was there at Virginia Beach boardwalk, 17th Street Stage, August 1, 2008 entertaining the tourist, locals, groupies, friends, and families with their variety of music from alternative to rock and roll to dance music and even a little bit of country.
It was a hot night and the sweat pouring down the band’s faces that between song they had to wipe off. But like anything else nothing will stop Gridlock 64 from rocking. A tourist from England said “I really enjoyed the band. And Oh.. by the way, how many guitars does that guitar player need?” The tourist loved the show so much that they wanted Gridlock 64 to keep on playing all night!
Well the summer is not over yet and who knows Gridlock 64 might be at the beach again before the summer is out. Thanks to Live Nation for allowing Gridlock 64 be part of the Beach Street USA nightly entertainment at the Virginia Beach oceanfront. |
Gridlock64
is an exceptional live band out of the Virginia Beach area,
they have a diversity of styles from pop, funk, alternative
to metal. Gridlock64 also writes and performs their own original
material. Four members strong, they have honed their skills
and established a reputation for being a talented group of
musicians. Well that about sums it up, maybe you know us all
a little better now. Now the band will shut up and RRRRRAWK.
